The Birth of HER

This is when HER (Higher Energetic Resonance) was born. About 10 years ago!
The pictures are me pre and post glam at the filming of a music video for my song Attraction (the story behind that song is a tale in itself).
I was going through so much during that time but as usual I kept it to myself, showed up and pushed through. I had a vision and this was my moment to express it.
It was favour and magic that brought that day together and for a few hours I embodied a possibility.

HER is now an actual thing not just in me but in everyone I speak to for HER Conversations and my intention on HER Inspirations.
Asking ‘When do you feel that Higher Energetic Resonance?’
Invites my guests to feel into what makes them come alive and sets the tone for the conversation.

That flash of inspiration is paying back in so many ways and is not just @her_podcasts but now Spiritual Life Coaching.
I use my experiences and share the tools I have learned to find my Higher Energetic Resonance to guide my clients.
And it’s always expanding.

Sometimes you think you have an idea when in fact the idea has you!
