Switch Off

The age of the entrepreneur is here and the competition that once focused on being busy in the rat race has shifted to this arena. The autonomy and self satisfaction that comes from creating a business requires dedication and discipline but one of the pitfalls comes from not taking time to rest and reset. 

Previously, the overworked 9-5 er would bemoan the excessive overtime they were faced with. Now, because there are no ‘working hours’ entrepreneurs delight in declaring being on their hustle, grinding it out and crushing it. 

This is not to say that achievements do not require efforts but to be effective there needs to be time away from work to decompress.  

Doing nothing gives you something.
