Garbage In. Garbage Out.

I have spent the majority of my life visiting one or other or both members of my nuclear family in hospital.

As a result if this I am overly committed to my health.

Why am I writing about this on my music blog?

Everything is connected and without wellness I can have all the ideas but not be able to implement them.

To be truly creative and be able to receive ideas loud and clear the mind needs to be as uncluttered as possible. When you become concerned and distracted with the basics how can anything get done?

The human body is such a sophisticated, efficient machine that we take for granted what it does for us constantly.

Even the most expensive, precision engineered car cannot match it.

Most cars still run on fuel and as far as I am aware there are only two options. Petrol or diesel.

As the operator of the car you have only two options if you want to use it.

Petrol or diesel.

Make a mistake and you have problems.

Our bodies only want one thing.

Nutrients which come from nature but for the most part we will put anything but that into our systems. We consume chemically laden 'food' not just once but for years, decades and our bodies still keep working.

There are signs of course. Aches, rashes, diseases that get 'treated' with more chemicals.

Yet if we hear a unusual sound or see a flashing light on our beloved car the issue is dealt with right away.

Sadly people describe those committed to wellness as 'health freak' or 'health nut'.

Why is accepted to be so derogatory about those who are respectful of the vehicles of their souls?

I am not expecting to change anybody's way by preaching to them but I am here when the sick and tired get sick and tired of being sick and tired.

We were born magnificent. Let us live that way.

Love Yourself!
